If you can send emails but can not receive email please check the following
- Have you looked in your SPAM folder.
- Have you changed your email settings, this would effect your ability to receive email.
- Has anybody been near your pc, a friend, a colleague, a family member with little fingers?
- make sure your incomoing mail is set to "mail.your-domain-name.ie"
- Is you email using an inhouse email serer?
- Has your ISP changed?
- Have you a new IP address?
- Run any diagnostic program your Operating System suggests.
- Do you have an Internet security program managing your computer
- Often a program such as AVG, Norton, etc can put block emails or put them into a quarantine folder. Check that.
